I discovered that a neighbor is having a craft boutique sale. I saw her a couple of weeks ago and she came over to see what I had. She loved the Sunflower and Purple Rain Coccons/Hats, so I decided to make another for sale. I had just enough yarn for this project, which was a big skein, but I don’t know which brand. Hopefully, it will sell at the boutique; if it does not, it will be for sale and is always commissionable. Please email me for pricing info.

Pattern: Cocoon

Ch 3.
Row 1: 12 hdc in first ch. Close with sl st in top of first hdc.
Row 2: Ch 2, 2 hdc in each hdc. Close with sl st in top of first hdc. (24 hdc)
Row 3: Ch 2, *2 hdc in base of same hdc, 1 hdc in next hdc.* Repeat from * to *. Close with sl st in top of first hdc (36 hdc).
Row 4: Ch 2, *2 hdc in base of same hdc, 1 hdc in next 2 hdc.* Repeat from * to *. Close with sl st in top of first hdc (48 hdc).
Rows 5: Ch 2, *2 hdc in base of same hdc, 1 hdc in next 3 hdc.* Repeat from * to *. Close with sl st in top of first hdc (60 hdc).
Row 6: Ch 2, *2 hdc in base of same hdc, 1 hdc in next 4 hdc.* Repeat from * to *. Close with sl st in top of first hdc (72 hdc).
Row 7: Ch 2, *2 hdc in base of same hdc, 1 hdc in next 5 hdc.* Repeat from * to *. Close with sl st in top of first hdc (84 hdc).
